My husband says I 'm a bit too obsessed with health issues, demarcating the Hypochondriac. What are some hobbies I try to keep my mind occupied.

Try doing the gardening or cultivating your own veg. It doesn 't have to cost m? Lto, you could get cuts or seeds from friends and family, many of the gardening mags also have seeds on the covers this time of year. You can plant around the container, eg: the watercress in a tub of butter or plastic cup, radish in an old tank, composed of old potato bags, etc.. You might associate the trade of semen, in fact I would be willing to send some of my spare seeds if you wish and of course, you are in the United Kingdom. I have all kinds of things going on in my garden and get it out in the fresh air can? only be good for you. I find that is relaxing and why? you have to tend the plants / veg, stop dwelling on the pains and pains you may have. Not only that, but if you cultivate your own veg, you can? be sure you are getting the most veg? sound around. Give it a go, it, sa great fun and very rewarding. I hope this helps and wish him a future long, healthy and happy. : -)
